On behalf of the BIA Nomination Committee, which unanimously passed a motion in support of the following slate, please welcome and congratulate the unofficial BIA Board of Directors for the 2027-2030 term.

The 2027-2030 Downtown Barrie BIA Board of Directors include:

• Richard Tremblay – Seven Elements Wealth Planning
• Alison Oakes – Oh Beehive! Refillery
• Tom Ambeau Jr. – NetGain Agency
• Jennifer Klementti – Jennifer Klementti Photography
• Atul V Manan – Debut Bar and Restaurant

The slate was officially acclaimed after the Nominations Committee approved it following the close of the nomination period on Friday October 9th, 2026, at 4:30 p.m., as the BIA received seven (7) nominee applications.

This slate will become ‘official’ upon approval by the current BIA Board of Directors at the next scheduled meeting on Thursday October 23, 2026, and in conjunction with the approval/appointment by the new 2027 – 2030 City of Barrie Council (exact date to be determined). The anticipated time frame will be between the official start of the new Council term and the beginning of January.

Please save the date – Thursday November 26th 2026 – for the Downtown Barrie BIA Annual General Meeting (AGM) at which time we will introduce the 2027-2030 BIA Board in person.
