BLiSS² is a collective community space that supports mindful movement, mental clarity, and embodied therapy, located in downtown Barrie, Ontario. We are home to over 3,500 sq ft, showcasing multiple spaces to engage your curiosity and complete your needs. The BLiSS² collective is a place and a space of safety, where people of all talents can come share space, and provide their incredible skills and intelligence to elevate and nurture people’s education, health, and growth mindset. It is also a place to gather collectively it independently to curate one’s craft in a held sanctuary of compassion and creativity with our work space offerings.
We are not a big-box gym: we are a boutique-style, professionally operated fitness studio.
We strive to get to know you so we can support you on your journey to elevate your health, improve your performance and achieve what’s important to you.

To keep yoga accessible, inclusive, and to be of service to our community, we now offer a sliding scale program for our community. We understand that there are times that a yoga membership doesn’t fit into your budget. Please contact us to inquire so we can set you up. Although we have limited availability for this style of offering we will accommodate as many requests as we can. We believe everybody should have the chance to nourish their physical and mental health.
Orangetheory is a total-body group workout that combines science, coaching and technology to guarantee maximum results from the inside out. Our workout is not HIIT.
