Join us to celebrate Hollis-Day, a culinary journey around the world hosted by Scott Connor in support of his wife, Hollis who is facing the battle of her life against advanced cancer. All proceeds will help to offset her medical costs. Hosted at the Southshore Centre on Barrie's beautiful waterfront.

Ticket price includes two drink tickets and six food stations to enjoy. Food prepared by chefs from The North, Farmhouse, Michael and Marion's and Kensington restaurants as well as Dolcella Gelato with live music, raffle and silent acution throughout the night.

As small business owners, Scott Connor and his wife Hollis are not only dealing with the exorbitant costs of advanced cancer treatment for Hollis, but also the added expense associated with running a business when they are not physically able to be there due to Hollis’ treatment. Scott is reaching out to the community that he has supported for years, to ask for their help by attending a gala event that will celebrate food from Hollis’ favourite destinations around the world including Scotland, Cuba, Thailand, Hong Kong and Canada.
