#BarrieTogether Recover Kits
Thursday, July 23, 2020
The #BarrieTogether Recovery Kit is a set of tools to support your business with COVID-19 recovery efforts.
The Government of Ontario is investing $3 million to provide free online health and safety training. These virtual courses will make it easier for job seekers and workers to get essential qualifications, while practising physical distancing and preventing the spread of COVID-19. For more information, please go to the province's news release.
As all of our thoughts sift to recovery planning and how to open safety when the time comes, the Barrie Chamber of Commerce have built a local PPE and Safety Equipment supplier list.
To find sector-specific guidelines and posters to help protect workers, customers and the general public from coronavirus in Ontario, please access the Government of Ontario's resource page and Public Health Ontario's page.
Shared media materials have been developed with the themes “Barrie Together” and “Shopping Local”. We encourage you to use these in your own marketing efforts, along with “Mandatory Face Covering” and “Curbside Pick Up” window decals and physical distancing floor stickers supplied by Invest Barrie as part of the kit.
Click here to order your kit today. The number of kits is limited to one per business. Eligible businesses must be registered or incorporated, operating in the City of Barrie, and occupy a physical space that is accessible to the public.
