Description

Downtown Barrie businesses are celebrating the 21st annual Barrie Film Festival by participating in the inaugural Window Decorating Contest. So far, 16 windows on Dunlop and Maple Streets will be transformed to all things film-related as they all compete for BFF tickets to films and events as well as concession treats from the Barrie Uptown Theatre.
