Spring has officially sprung! As the greenery grows and the flowers in our beautiful public planters begin to bloom, the time to replace our wilted public piano has come.

This spring we are doing things a little bit differently. In conjunction with Outpacer Design, visual artists who work in the digital realm are invited to participate in our open call for local artists. 

Simply fill out the form below to be considered. The provided website or social media portfolio page will be reviewed and the selected artist will be contacted and commissioned for the job.

An Adobe Illustrator .ai file will be provided as the canvas (see example image below).

Once completed the new Public Piano will be unveiled during Open Air Dunlop – Canada Day on July 1st.

Submissions are open now and will remain open until Sunday May, 24th. Applicants must reside within the City of Barrie.
