Today, the Downtown Barrie BIA joins our community and all Canadians in honouring the courage, service, and sacrifice of the men and women who have served and continue to serve our country.

 

As we pause on this Remembrance Day, we reflect with gratitude on the freedoms we enjoy and the communities we continue to build because of their commitment and bravery.

The Downtown Barrie BIA encourages everyone to take a moment today to remember — whether through a moment of silence, attending the Remembrance Day ceremony at the Barrie Cenotaph in Memorial Square, or simply wearing a poppy with pride.

We remember. We honour. We will not forget.
