Maggie MacCormack and the Witches’ Wheel is the first book in a Young Adult fantasy series by local author Kaja Blackley. It’s the story of a twelve-year-old girl who has spent her life in foster care. With her latest placement Maggie finds herself in a welcoming but peculiar environment, slowly discovering that everything she thought she knew about her life was untrue. Well on her way along the challenging twists and turns of her new adventure, she will have no alternative but to face the dark forces ahead.

10.5 % of the gross sale of each book, in perpetuity, will be donated to four worthy organizations: One Tree Planted (2.5%), Sea Legacy (2.5%), The Barrie Food Bank (2.5%), and the Children’s Book Bank (3%).

So far, 215 trees have been planted thanks to Kaja Blackley's incredible generosity.
