Description

The Downtown Barrie Business Association (BIA) would like to extend an invitation to all its members for the next Town Hall scheduled Wednesday, October 9th, 2019 at the Sandbox Centre (24 Maple Avenue). Welcoming addresses will begin at 5:00pm.

The format for the evening will be a Conference style that's interactive, dynamic and will promote dialogue with the guests, partners and board members with break out sessions and stations.

5:00-5:10pm (10 minutes):
Introduction/Town Hall format outline

5:10-5:30/5:30-5:50/5:50-6:10/6:10-6:30pm (20 minute rotations through each station): Guests will split up and go to a station of interest and then rotate in a clockwise direction.

Station 1: Streetscape: Arnott/City Staff/2-3 BIA Board Members
Station 2: Parking Strategy: City Staff/2-3 BIA Board Members
Station 3: Digital Main Street: City Staff/Digital Main Street Squad/2-3 BIA Board Members
Station 4: BIA Strategy Outreach: SolutionsInk (Lynn)/2-3 BIA Board Members

6:30-7:00pm (30 minutes): Social/Network/Thank You on the Sandbox Patio.
This will be the opportunity for everyone to come together and chat casually about the stations and topics.
