Downtown Barrie (BIA) Board By-Election Update

On Thursday, April 30th, the Downtown Barrie Business Association (BIA) Board of Management passed a motion to approve the results of the 2020 By-Election. 

Below are the final unofficial results to be confirmed by Barrie City Council on Monday, May 11th, 2020 and ratified by Barrie City Council by-law on Monday, May 18th, 2020.

At the close of the final election day (Friday, January 24th, 2020 at 4:30pm EST), ballot counters impartial of the election tallied all votes and have determined that the following individuals have been elected to fill the six (6) vacancies on the Downtown Barrie Business Association (BIA) Board of Management (presented in alphabetical order):

Daniela Fuda, Board Member Elect
Rob Hamilton, Board Member Elect
Colin Hassey, Board Member Elect
Jason Ing, Board Member Elect
Paul Lynch, Board Member Elect
Cait Patrick, Board Member Elect
