Downtown Barrie (BIA) Board By-Election: Legal Memorandum

The Downtown Barrie BIA recently conducted an election as required pursuant to its Constitution and as authorized in accordance with the Municipal Act, 2001 to elect a new Board of Directors. A complaint has been received from a Downtown BIA member questioning the results of the election.
