The Barrie Film Festival's Reel Stories is back for 2020! Discover extraordinary things about the world from this thought-provoking film festival which includes documentaries and dramas inspired by true events and real people. In its fifteenth year, Reel Stories will screen 10 films over four days at Uptown Theatre.

The Downtown Barrie BIA acknowledges that the Business Improvement Area is located on the traditional land of the Anishnaabeg people. The Anishnaabeg include the Odawa, Ojbwe and Pottawatomi nations, collectively known as the Three Fires Confederacy.
