Barrie, ON  – Get ready to cool down and chill out this August with Downtown Barrie’s latest and most refreshing event of the summer—the Iced Cocoa Trail. From August 2 to August 30, over 20 of Downtown Barrie’s beloved cafes, restaurants, and retail stores will be offering an array of delectable iced cocoa treats and cool summer delights that are sure to satisfy every palate.

The Iced Cocoa Trail mirrors its winter sister the Hot Cocoa Trail, by inviting locals and visitors alike to explore the unique and vibrant sips, savourables and shopping that Downtown Barrie has to offer. Each participating location will feature their own creative twist on iced cocoa & cool treats making this event a delicious adventure you won’t want to miss.

Not only will you indulge in delightful shopping treats, but you’ll also have the chance to win big! As you make your way along the trail, be sure to scan the special QR codes available at each participating venue. By doing so, you’ll be entered into a draw for a chance to win one of five $50 Downtown Barrie Gift Cards. These gift cards are perfect for continuing your exploration of all that Downtown Barrie has to offer, from dining and shopping to entertainment and more.
